Research on rapid measurement method of thermal conductivity of vacuum insulation board
Based on the traditional large-plate thermal protection method for measuring insulation materials as the theoretical basis, a scheme for rapid measurement of the thermal conductivity of vacuum insulation panels based on the embedded heat flow meter method is proposed.Through the simulation analysis of the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the feasibility of the measurement principle is proved.Through hardware circuit design and related measurement methods, the rapid measurement of the thermal conductivity of the vacuum insulation board is realized.The experimental results show that the detection scheme has the advantages of easy operation, fast detection speed, high measurement accuracy and low cost, and can be widely used in the field of industrial measurement.
